If Escape From Tarkov, Insurgency Sandstorm and combat footage from Afghanistan have taught me anything, it's that shit talking multiplies your lethality by 25% if it lands right.
Roll for shit talking, if you roll a ten or above you get a multiplier to your chad energy buff. If you roll below, you get laughed at by your enemy. Critical failures are subject to a fierce beating if you manage to survive the encounter.
Have there been significant leaps in med tech stuff in this version of history? I know there's a lot of plug/stop bleeding stuff in the experimental market right now, but I was curious how that's shifted in Cascadia.
